Imaginaria presents the artist Spela Cadez
With his short Nighthawk, worth 23 prizes, he won the last edition of Imaginaria in the Best Animated Short Film category.
She is considered one of the most interesting international animators thanks to the use of her particular technique in step one “Puppet Animation”.
His latest work was commissioned by Netflix to promote the new season of the Orange Is The New Black series.
In her first 10 years of career she managed to establish herself in the main international animation festivals receiving hundreds of prizes and nominations.

BIG FISH & BEGONIA

Below the sea there is a universe whose inhabitants are concerned with protecting the souls of human beings and administering the nature of their world through powers linked to the four elements of water, air, earth and fire. Here, together with his family, lives Chun, who turned sixteen, according to the laws of his people must pass a rite of passage: transformed into a red dolphin, must cross a portal that will lead her into the world of men.
Fluidly combining the classic drawing technique with CGI, a fairytale that flies with imagination keeping your feet firmly planted on the ground.
