A dreamlike paint-on-glass short film in which Juana Borrero, a 19th-century Cuban painter and poet, wanders through a tropical Eden guided by a Blue Rabbit and facing an injured Velociraptor — an evocative meditation on memory, transformation, and the blurred boundaries between art and dreams.
Carolina Charadán, Miguel Machado
Carolina Charadán is a Havana-born filmmaker (1994), a FAMCA graduate and co-founder of Ego Art Films. Her works explore the unconscious, identity and communication, and were screened at Havana, Gibara, World Cinema Amsterdam and La Muestra Joven ICAIC.
Miguel Machado (1990) is a Cuban visual artist and ISA graduate, known for vibrant, conceptual painting. He has exhibited in Havana, Berlin, New York, LA and has been featured at the Havana Biennial and major fairs. He also works in set design, murals, and has held residencies in the US.
