After a long absence, Stasya returns to her hometown. Having missed her father’s funeral, she finds it difficult to face her older sister. While taking care of family affairs, Stasya encounters local strangers along the way, who lead her on a strange nocturnal journey.
Kirill Khachaturov
Kirill Khachaturov is an independent filmmaker, director, animator, and designer. Born in 1984 in Khabarovsk, Russia, he studied design at the British Higher School of Art and Design in Moscow and directing at the Moscow School of New Cinema. The world premiere of his debut short film Protocorba (2019) was held at Annecy, as was his graduation film Naked (2020), which received numerous awards. Since 2022, he has been based in Porto.
