A retelling of a classic polish lullaby changed to reflect the issues of societal pressure on women and their stagnation in toxic relationships. The animation is done with original experimental technique developed by the creator of the short, using pyrography to present the story with each frame burned into the wood.

Elzbieta based in Scotland, has been an animation fan all her life. In 2015 she received a bachelor’s degree in preschool and early childhood education. in 2024 she finally followed her passion and graduated from computer animation art at University of the West of Scotland with first class bachelor’s degree with honours. She is a host of well established YouTube Channel about animation that gained over 23K subscriptions. She have professional experience in storyboarding for a pre-school Tv show. She excels in experimental animation techniques, always on a look out for new, undiscovered method of animation. She created Flame by burning frames into the wood.
